Hey, does anyone else have the problem whereby the render goes from 0% to 99% very fast but sits on 99% for about 2 to 3 minutes?
I am using an i9 Intel Core, 32 GB ram and 4060 RTX. 4K render takes 1 minute but because of this problem I wait anywhere between 2 to 5 minutes for a single render stuck on 99%
Some of the our renders take longer between certain percentages depending on the scene. I think it’s just how D5 handles rendering passes. At 99% I think it’s exporting the image, and for us it takes longer if we export in certain formats.
I think the issue has been raised in the past and the D5 teams mentioned it’s not a bug.

hi, are u renders channel passes too. like material id / z depth / reflection. imo that might can take time to calculate.

As zerothyherox mentioned, this might not be a bug, because it takes some time to deal with the format and exporting images.

Noted, It is just a frustration seeing the render zoom to 99% then sit there for such a long time.
Yes I am, usually AO, material ID and Refraction.
hi, so my guess is those passes taking time, please try same render without passes and check render time.
