Render Problem - blurry textures / fire error

My computer system: 1. Computer Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX A6000 48GB, 128GB RAM
2. Computer: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3090 24GB, 128GB RAM

same result on both computers

the result should look like this (as here from a distance it shows everything sharply)

as soon as I get closer, the textures get blurry and the fire looks like this.

Hi denise, it seems the problem is related to texture streaming. Could you compress the scene file folder and send it to support@d5techs.com for testing and investigation?

Thank you for your answer Oliver. Now I just sent the file folder to the email.

Hi mate, can you try rendering it in D5 2.4 beta? I gave it a try and found that the effect should be better, although the snow decal texture is not very high detailed.

D5 Render

Hi Oliver, I finally found a solution to get around the problem with the blurry textures. I first need to import the FBX, texture it. Then transfer the .abc file from it. - Transfer the textures with pipette.

Hi denise, thanks for the update. So converting the file into .abc then import it into D5 can fix that texture issue? great!

yes but first i have to import the .fbx file into D5 and texture it, then the .abc
So that’s how it works for the animations.
