Render doesn't show in folder

Hi!
After rendering is finished, image doesn’t show in folder. When I click open folder it opens This PC. Has anybody had this problem? It worked fine two weeks ago, but yesterday and today it doesn’t work.

Could you tell me the location of your workspace? Do you have enough storage space on your computer?

Hi Marino, have you checked if you are connected to your account, it’s the first thing you need to check when this happens.
The second thing if you use a server, that is, if you are connected to a portal that is not your PC but an external one, here you have to check whether when you installed D5 you did everything correctly, loading the program and giving domination as administrator of the program but even with the connection to the server.
If this is not the problem you can post an image to understand better with comments!
Surely the D5 staff will answer you

I’m logged in, I have enoguh space on my disk, I changed folder location and it’s the same. When I render video it shows in folder but image doesn’t. I try with previous project and it works normal there so it is the problem with this file. It is new project created yesterday I even try to save as under different name but it is the same.

Do you have a pop-up window when you finish rendering? How is the page displayed, or can you provide a screenshot or recording of the operation. In addition, what’s the VRAM value when you rendered this image?

I have pop-up window and it counts

but when its finished and i clikc open folder it opens this PC and the folder where image should be is empty. But when i render video, it works normal. here is link to drive where is screen video IMG_7896.MOV - Google Drive

Thank you all for help. I deleted and then installed again D5 on the PC and now works fine.
Idk what was the problem.
