Remote disconnects/crash - 3.1.1 [610.88]

Hi,

I am a 3ds max user. After updating to 3.1.1, having issues with model freezing, crashing and disconnecting while remoting, even with small size files/projects.
I have updated the driver [610.88]

  • Any solutions?
  • a suggestion for a stable driver?

Could you please confirm the following:

  1. Has this issue only occurred since the 3.1.1 update? If you revert to previous versions, such as 3.1 or 3.0.1, does everything function normally?
  2. Is this issue affecting all of your files?
  3. Do you have any video recordings or screenshots that could help us understand the behavior of this issue?
  4. By “remoting,” do you mean using remote assistance software such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.?

  1. No I had issues with 3.1. It would glitch while I navigate or hover over settings.
  2. Yes it affects all files, even the smallest file.
  3. No I currently dont have any screenshots or recordings.
  4. Yes I use remote desktop connection. I do most of my 3D and rendering on a remote desktop. I have had no issues since the recent release.
