Reinstall d5 on another pc without losing educational license

Good day. Kind regards.
I just received a D5 educational license, but I’m going to change my PC and I need to reinstall the program on another computer. What should I do to keep my license please?

To ensure the safety of your personal information, changing the bound device, including the hardware inside, is not permitted. If you need to change your device, you may not be able to log in to your Education account and we cannot unbind it for you. Therefore, if you need to change your device, we recommend that you re-apply after your current license has expired.
