Region Render, Fish Eye Camera and motion blur

It will be Good thing when you make region render in rendering instead of whole Rendering to save more time and avoid the wasting time when we work and edit on several images. And good thing when you create a fish eye camera effect and motion blur effect in cameras it help us to make creative scenes.

I hope that next upgrade it will enhance these things.
