Hello, I would like to inquire about the credits of 3D AI MODEL GENERATION.
As a Pro user, I exhausted all my existing limited 5 Credits, and around December, I had 55 Credits replenished through a survey.
This time again, I used up 55 and clicked on the re-application link, and it has been about three to four days since I applied by e-mail because I said I can apply to the support@d5techs.com email address without a survey.
I’d like to ask you because I have to continue working on it more, but it hasn’t been approved yet.
P.S. 55 limit is too small. Is there any way to increase the limited number of credits or change Unlimited?

Please note that AI credits are issued based on application review and usage needs. At the moment, we’re unable to provide unlimited credits at once, but you may reapply for more credits once your current balance is used. Our team will review your request accordingly.
Thank you. I even checked that the limit has been increased to 50 credits and 105 credits for additional payments. Is there a limit of 50 credits for one time? The limit has been increased to 105, so is it impossible to add 55 more and completely?
Why we need to pay for that credits, I did not see anywhere on your website that it is written that it is paid? I have 6 more left and when I finish what will happened… I need to ask from D5 to give me more?
If you run out of AI credits, the system will prompt you with an option similar to the screenshot shown, where you can apply for additional credits.
Please note that the application is subject to review, and once approved, additional credits will be issued to your account. Thanks for your understanding.
