Hi, Since I’ve reinstalled D5 on a new PC, I’ve to relogs to my D5 Render account each time I open it. How can I resolve this ?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Could you please confirm the following:
- Are you logged into the same D5 account on another device at the same time? (D5 only supports one active session per account.)
- Is your internet connection stable when launching D5?
- Did you install D5 as Administrator, or under a standard Windows user account?
- Are you using any firewall, antivirus, or VPN that might block D5 from maintaining server connection?
- What is your exact D5 version number?

Hello. I am experiencing the same issue as the colleague above. Since the last D5Launcher update, I am logged out of my account after a few hours and have to log in again when launching Launcher or D5 Render. Regarding your questions:
- I am logged into D5 on only one device and use only one account.
- My network connection is stable.
- D5 Render and Launcher are installed in the Program Files directory from the administrator level, and the programme and launcher are run from the user account level.
- I do not use a VPN, I use the firewall and antivirus built into Windows, no external ones.
- D5 Launcher version 1.1.1.0005, D5 Render version 3.0.1.0683.
