Hello, I am unable to open a file that I could open correctly previously. Loading blocked at 5%. (Admin rights).
This problem occurred following a crash during an image sequence calculation.
I can no longer open my file or backups at all.
Do you have a solution for this type of problem?
I’ve read a lot of threads on the forum but none of the solutions seem valid to me at the moment.
It’s very annoying because it’s a file that I had normally been working on for a few weeks.

ps: It seems that the file can open on another lower power computer.
I don’t understand what can be corrupted here.
I reinstalled D5render, I used the Dx tool to repair directx.
Could it be an administrator rights problem?

Is D5 currently using version 2.5? Please check the driver and Windows version number? Due to the issue of “NVIDIA 531.14 and above graphics card drivers being incompatible with Windows 10 v1909 and below, which can cause D5 to get stuck”, D5 2.5 optimizes hardware detection limitations and places restrictions on system versions for devices using drivers after 531.
In this case, the minimum version limit for Windows systems is 10.0.19044 (win10 21H2)
