Project Merge Issue

I’m having trouble with the project merge. I followed the tutorial but when I select the “add Project” button and click a project nothing happens. At first I assumed it was the file size but after making a new file with only a tree still nothing happens. Any suggestions on what could be going wrong? Thanks

Please check the following causes as to why the Project Merge failed:

  1. The project file is corrupted - file corruption is caused by incomplete folder, if you are able to open these files individually then it is not corrupted

  2. The currently selected file version is lower or higher than the added version.

  3. The project file version is not supported - The archive version must be 2.1 (or later) and support the project merge function.

  4. Insufficient disk space - The remaining free space on the disk where the merged archive is located must be larger than the sum of all the archives to be merged.

  5. File/folder copy failed.

  6. The merge project location contains files with the same name.

  7. The merge project location is not available.
