I’m facing a “PROGRAM STARTUP FAILED” error since this morning. I completed an 8K render last night without any issues, and everything was working fine.

I checked my drivers, and they were last updated on July 28th. I then updated them to the latest version, but I’m still experiencing the same issue. I also performed a clean driver installation as suggested on your page and ran the DXR repair, but the problem still persists.

How do I send the log files collected? it’s 18mb and I can’t send it here because max file size is 4mb

Could you please re-upload the images that aren’t showing properly in your post?

  • Additionally, the log files can be placed in a Google Drive link or a WeTransfer link; then you may send them to me privately here on the forum.

I have sent you the dialogue privately. Could you please help me with the three uploaded images and the dialogue files? I have sent my PC for a check-up, so I will be able to send you the remaining files once I receive it back.
