Program crashes when applying preset scene settingsv

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with D5 Render. Whenever I try to apply one of the preset scene settings, the screen first goes black and then the program closes itself without showing any error message.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?

• Does it occur in this particular file only? Or does applying the same preset on another file yield the same results?
• The crash only occurs with this specific action, and other functions in D5 are working normally, right?
• Which Preset were you using?

Please share the following also:

• System Information
  
  
• VRAM - Open your file first, then check your VRAM, if possible, monitor it when you apply the Preset.
  
  
• Memory Speed
