Problems with unbinding-not receiving verification mail

Hi D5 Team, I am trying to unbind my account [Email: (estudiantesugmaestria@hotmail.com)] but I haven’t received any verification codes despite multiple attempts. I’ve also added the following address to my email whitelist to make sure it’s not being blocked:
[security@d5techs.com] Please check my account status and help me unbind it or fix the email delivery issue. Thank you.

**Issue Description: I need to Unbind all machines from the account, the IT department serviced my machine, did the instalation wrong 4 times. And this last time, they got it right, but D5 is not sending me the code to my email so I can do the unbinding.

im trying to unbind one of the devices logged into our D5 pro account.

When i click to unbind and get a verification code sent to our account email, it doesnt come through.

Ive tried on several computers, and checked my inbox and junk, but nothing shows up.
