Hello, I’m a user of the D5 Education version. Recently, I’ve been encountering a “program start failed” message when I try to launch D5. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps provided in detail and even reinstalled the program several times, but it keeps crashing at 99% loading. This happens not only when I open a specific file, but also when I try to create a new file by clicking “New” in the D5 app. Could you advise me on how to resolve this issue?
