Problem with unistall D5

Today I installed Bitdefender. Since then, I’ve been having problems with D5. I tried to uninstall the program, but nothing happens. It freezes, and even when I try to reinstall it, it doesn’t work. What could be the reasons? Support Toll write 'Installation is incomplete or currupted, please download the latest versioni from the official website and reinstall. Anyway, I can’t manage this operation.”

Apologies for the inconvenience. May I know what version of D5 client are you using? Did you download the package from the official website?

It appears that Bitdefender may be interfering with the installation or uninstallation of D5 Render. To resolve this, please try the following steps:

  1. Temporarily disable Bitdefender during installation, or whitelist the D5 folder and executable to prevent it from being blocked.
  2. Download the full offline installer from the official D5 website and run it as Administrator.
  3. After any failed installation attempts, check for leftover D5 files or registry entries and remove them.
  4. Ensure your Windows permissions and disk space are adequate for installation.
