Problem with scatter

Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble using the Scatter Area presets. I know there are two types available, and I have no issues with the Global Scatter preset.

The problem is with the Content presets — they don’t seem to work. I’m creating a scatter material, then dividing it, and in the Content panel, I select a preset. It starts loading, but nothing appears, even after a long wait.

As you can see in the screenshots, the result is completely empty.

I tried it on my end, and it works. Please try to connect to another network or perhaps log out of your D5 Account and relog-in.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it didn’t solve my problem. I also notice that few Presets works but rest of them not.

Just to clarify:

  • This only occurs with Scatter Presets?
  • How about other online library assets? Are they functioning normally on your end?
  • Does this issue occur in all of your files, or specific to this file only?

Since all of these scatter presets work on my end and for other users, it might be related to your network. Are you in an office setup? We can provide you with our domains to let your IT Team whitelist them, please let me know. Thank you.
