Problem with GRASS MATERIAL

so, i hv been asigning these surfaces with grass materials, i found problems where these grass materials seems like not being able to fill the whole surface, is it becasue of memory limitation? i can understand in the viewport where these grasses will be hidden further away from the camera, but when i hit render, the grass still dissapear.

attached are the image of the grass missing in some areas, and some only filled by about density of 10% (see the grass inside the planter boxes)

i have set UVW map modifier to the 3ds max model and still the grass is still showing partially or completely missing in some areas.

what i check on youtube is that these has not been fixed instead reccomended us to brush the grass surface by surface, then whats the point of having grass material in the first place?

Hello! Sorry for your problem. First, please check your cull diatance, both the preview one and the output one.

Secondly, is the missing part of the grass face reversed in the modelling software?

hi luna, problem still not fixed, have set max cull distance for output to 9999m still having the same issue, i have sent both 3ds max files and D5 files to your email, hope can help to fix this.

Hello, please check your email. We have checked your model and believe it is model related. At the moment we would suggest that it would be best for you to create two neighbouring lawns as one face, or if you need to split the lawns in faces you could create them as a group.
