Hello, I am trying to complete the form with a review made for the competition ‘Let’s Win D5 Pro,’ but to access it, it asks to log in with a Microsoft account, only for students or businesses. Even when logging in with one of these accounts, it says that it is not associated with the D5 tenant. What could be the reason? Thank you very much.

Could you please send me privately the email address of the D5 account you used to participate in the competition so I can check and verify? Thank you.
Just to clarify, never even get to enter the email because the Microsoft login pops up as soon as you try to open the form.
But im sending you the mail anyway.
