Problem with asset library after subscription renewal

Hi all, i have been an avid user of d5 for almost 2 years. i had a subscription active until recently. Without noticing it since it was during holidays, the subscription run out after there was an error with the payment. When I finally got round to activating the subscription again, all my previous model assets were lost apart from only 10. Can you help me recover the rest? Luckily the materials are still there, although I think the categories are missing…

Hi @markosportalios apologies for the inconvenience. Kindly locate your config.ini file from your installation directory C:\Users\your account\AppData\Roaming\D5Config\xxxxxxxxx\

In the config.ini file, please delete thses two lines then save the file, reopen D5 Render.

Did you update your D5 version in the D5 client before or after renewing your subscription?

I recommend migrating your workspace to a different directory in the ‘Preferences’ in D5 and then restarting D5 to see if that resolves the issue.
