Problem with an FBX file

I have a problem with an FBX file. I’m trying to open the file in the program, and everything loads, but when the program opens it, the file is empty. The program was updated to the latest version yesterday. When I save the file in SKP format, the program opens it, and everything works fine. How can I solve the FBX file problem because I prefer working with it

Hi @karolina.majderzorem,

which modelling software are you using? After the import, did the FBX file exist in the object list on the left sidebar? When you select it in the object list, how does the size of the model show up?

The ArchlineXP interior design program allows me to export the project only to an FBX or SKP file for D5 Render to process. On the left sidebar, the FBX file was visible, the file size unknown… because I reinstalled the program, and I install old version now I have 2.3.4.0932 everything works on this older version.
