Problem with 3dsmax live sync

Hello everybody until now I was working very well with the new 3ds max live sync, but with the new update, the model isn’t coordinate sync.
an info window appears with the sync begin to say that if have this problem change the configuration in setting of the plugin, but this option is not available
I can see the options but this are disable in the configuration.
Some of you can help me please, I need launch several renders but alls models in D5 is out of your place.

Sorry for your issue. Could your tell me the version of your 3d max and sync plugin? Also, if possible, please show us a screenshot of the pop-up window.

Hello, I noticed that the window reminds you to change the configuration in setting of the plugin. It is not possible to change this option by default when you sync for the first time with the plugin, you can sync once and then disconnect the connection, then you will be able to change the setting.
