Pro License Access

I had just purchased the D5 Pro License off of the D5 Render website and not through a participating re-seller, our account has been charged the full amount, but it still prompts me to upgrade to the pro license. Please help as we have on going projects that need to be completed. The email associated with the Pro license is jasonv@larryslumber.com and it is the same email I am using to log in with as well. Please advise.
