Portrait render and queue issue

When I render in vertical format (portrait format) and I send it to the queue, the camera moves significantly upwards and the picture is out of frame, however, when I render it individually and I do not send it to the queue, it is rendered perfectly. It’s been happening in d5 render 2.6 and 2.7.

I hope you can investigate it and fix it in a next update.

Greetings.
David.

Hello, please send us your scene file to check. You can share a link here or launch your file to our email. (support@d5techs.com, please describe the problem and attach the link of this post to your mail)

Isn’t this a recognized error? This issue appears in all my scenes with portrait format renders…

Sorry to hear about your problem. We fixed this issue earlier. But it still happens occasionally according to the feedback so far. Since it doesn’t happen in all scenarios, we would recommend if any users are experiencing this issue to send us the scenes. More cases will help us can test and fix it better.

Best regards

I have discovered that all the visualizations cameras move if it is sent to the queue, compared to rendering a single render, it doesn’t matter if it is in vertical or horizontal format, pictures in single render it’s not the same frame that launched in queue.

Did you upgrade to the latest 2.7.1 version? That problem should have been fixed.

Regards,
Oliver

Sorry for the confusion, you’re right. Monday updated 2.7.1, and today I noticed this. Comparing with last week’s queue (version 2.7.0), that was my mistake.
