Good day everyone when I downloaded my D5 in my new laptop there is a notification “Please log in with your Edu account on the bound device” what does this prompt mean? I tried logging it in but the same notification shows up. What should I do? My d5 email is bjb0264@dlsud.edu.ph I hope to hear from you all soon and fix this problem. Thank you!

Your educational license is bound to the device you used to apply. We do not recommend changing devices in the active span of your educational license, since unbinding it will result in a license downgrade (Community Version) and require you to reapply again. If you wish to proceed despite it, let me know thank you.
