Please log in in your edu account on the bound device

Hi. I’m trying to log in to d5 render EDU, but I got the following error.
" Please log in with your edu account on the bound device "
But I didn’t log in from any hardware (hdd, ssd) changes or any other kind of device.
I can’t log in after using it normally until the 4/21.

If you could tell me how to solve it, I would appreciate it.
