I entered the two links above into the boxes shown in the image, but it just keeps loading and never completes. I thought it needed more time so I left it on for over 6 hours but it just keeps loading. What should I do?

I tried to use this link on my end, and it was successful. Can you please try to use another network (mobile data) or perhaps try to use a VPN if it pushes through. Thank you.
