Hello,
Can someone advise or let me know if they’ve had this issue before. I’ve got a short video, with a gentle sun movement. All looks fine, but there seems to be some pixel artifacts left where the sun was, see attached screenshot.
Thoughts?!

is super resolution is Off or On? try ON
Sadly it does it with it on and off, did try that when it happened.
Hi there. I am unable to recreate the environment where the issue persists. Would it be possible to access your scene files so we can test it on our end and see if this problem also occurs? You can send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled “Clov-Forum Pixel Artifacts”. Thank you so much.
Sure no problem, would be great to see if you can recreate/fix it!
Hi there, apologies. I have tested your file in both the 2.9 and 2.8 versions and the appearance of pixel artifacts are evident in both versions. I have conveyed this issue to my team, I will update you regarding this as soon as possible. Thank you.
Hi there, ah that’s a shame. I will have to tell the client we can’t do the animations, will just be still image.
I will continue to play around and see if I can self fix it, keep me updated if the developers find solution as this will impact other projects as well.
Thanks
Hi @henry1, I tested your file again and turned off “Supersampling,” or “SuperResolution” which solved the issue. You may want to disable that feature and re-render it again, and let me know if there are any differences. Thank you.
Heya, that’s great, thanks for that, seems to have sorted it out which is super. I’m sending you and email with some issues, not sure if related or not, if you can let me know
Hey, so just following up on this, it seems that with the super resolution and FPS booster turned off it sorts out the pixel aritfacts, but then when doing a normal vidoe, with the camera moving slightly, there are we’re lighting artifacts. However if you turn back on the super resolution and booster that fixes those issues. Just worth noting in case anyone stumbles upon this issue
