Even after clicking “Update”, the problem still persists. Additionally, our firm’s account has full access to all assets in the library, but after upgrading to version 2.11, a button labeled “Unlock All Assets” appears. Clicking this button causes D5 to freeze.

May I know which 2.11 version you are running? Please try updating it to 2.11.0.0605 or completely reinstalling it.
