PBR on D5

Anyone please help me. I want to enter pbr to D5 in the material displacement section but the PBR maps won’t enter. The display in the maps section only appears for a moment and then the maps disappear again.

And strangely this only happens on my computer. I tried on another computer the maps can be entered. More details are in the zip file which contains the PBR issue maps video

  • Can you check if you have full access permission to the folder containing the PBR Maps?
    Folder Full Control

  • You may also send us the PBR Maps that were used so we can test it on our end.

Ok I check on the folder containing the PBR Maps, the first thats not full access permission , so I check it all to full access permission. Then I try again on D5 but it still happened like that.

I apologize but can you zip the exact folder that was used and send it to me via WeTransfer or Google Drive? I want to preserve the same file format (name,etc.) just to check.
