I am trying to upgrade to D5 Pro, but I receive the error message “too much dispute times” before completing the payment.

Could you please tell me what this means and how I can update or change my payment method?

To update your payment method, you’ll need to first unsubscribe. Then, when your next billing cycle comes, you can repurchase through our official website using your updated card or payment method.

  • Do you have a screenshot of the error prompt?
  • Are you using PayPal?
    – If you’re seeing a “too many disputes” or lock-out error, PayPal may have flagged your account due to excessive dispute attempts. This usually results in a temporary 24-hour hold on your ability to file disputes or log in.
