Hi D5 Support Team,

I purchased a 1-Year D5 Pro subscription today, and the payment was deducted successfully. However, my account is still not upgraded to Pro, and the Billing page has not been updated.

  • Total Deducted: Rs. 106,212.72

I have attached the payment receipt as proof. Could you please check the transaction and activate my subscription or advise on the next steps?
