outline mode disappears when exporting video

I need a cartoon rendering like in the first image but when exporting the video no longer has an outline even though nothing has changed in the settings, no matter how hard I work the outline is never or barely present in video mode, is there a way to keep the line when exporting video? The outline mode is checked and saved before uploading to video so it is not changing moving .

Does modifying the Line Width not make any significant difference?

it makes no difference, the line is fully in the thickness and it stands out very little in the video, it does not have the same rendering at all as in your video; I am sending it to support, thank you!

I just tested your file.

• 720p Quality - Retains the Outline Mode after the video render.
  

  

• 4k Quality - The outline mode is not as prominent and is almost not visible
