Hello, @design5
Welcome to D5 forum. Apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. We want to assist you with your issue. To start, are you using a Core i9-13900K and i9-14900K processor? Could you please provide me with your system information and GPU usage while reloading your scene and running it in D5?
Is the issue specific to this file or does it occur with all your files? Is this the first time you’ve encountered this problem? One common cause of this issue is having excessively large file sizes that D5 can’t handle. I strongly recommend optimizing all elements in your main file, and please be mindful when using foliage, lighting, and non-essential characters when syncing to D5. Additionally, activating the statistics feature to monitor your VRAM usage in reel time can be very helpful. If your VRAM usage exceeds 90%, it can lead to irregularities such as slower rendering, lagging, freezing, and D5 crashing.
Thank you.
Hi Maslu ! here are the info that you have requested. Please find a solution. My project is getting delayed.
Hi! maslu…when can i expect the resoluion?
Hello, @design5
Could you confirm that you are opening D5 while loading your file? Is this file having a reading of 32% VRAM usage only?
Based on recent user reports, when using to run D5 and other DX12 software, due to environmental problems, the devices may prompt ‘The program cannot be launched because of DLL errors in the system’ or ‘Program Startup Failed’ pop-up messages.
I recommend updating your bios, Having a clean installation of your graphics and driver, and changing a path to install D5 render. You can refer the the link below for your reference

If the problem persists, don’t hesitate to send us a message.
Yes! its loading…No error poping up while opening the D5 file. but when syncing with 3ds max out of video memory error is poping up
Hello, @design5
Could you please perform the above troubleshooting so that we can gauge the issue in your situation? Kindly go to https://docs.d5render.com/ → go to the search tab and type clean installation. The above link I posted is broken; sorry about that.
i have tried this method yesterday but still no use
Hi, is there an abnormal situation only when performing such operations in the current scenario?
- Is it convenient to take a screenshot of the error that occurs during the synchronization of the D5-3ds MAX plug-in, or record the complete process of the error occurring?
- During the D5-3ds max plugin synchronization process, please pay attention to the VRAM & RAM usage.
In addition, for CPU-14900 , please check the BIOS version, generally April 2024 and later versions will contain fixes.(But it might still be necessary to disable CPU overclocking and Turbo Boost.)
