I can’t find my existing project, once in Revit, I start 5D. It asks to open existing or ok for new project, once I select open existing it takes me to files where the project is nowhere to be found.
If I open 5D Render as administrator and select RECENT it opens up my project, once I click on scene, the screne turns black and 5D shuts down.
What is the best way to open an existing project and do additional syncing from Revit.
Please help!!
Hi, you can go to Recent list and right click to open the file where you can find the scene, then Select File and it should solve the problem
This is where I get. When I double click on the scene it takes a while to load, as soon as it loads it shuts down, I tried this over and over again and again for days now.
Also my screen is kind a blurry too even on my welcome page.
Hello, from your description, the issue is not with the Revit plugin, but the D5 Render client application. Does the blurry problem affect other software?
Besides, could you go to Welcome page->Explore, then open our demo scene “living room” and see whether it can work?
Besides, have you opened D5 successfully in the past? Please let us know your video driver version, and your computer hardware info.
