Not Receiving Verification Codes For Sign Up For a New Account

I’m currently trying to create a D5 account using my school email address, but I’m not receiving any verification codes or verification emails. I’ve checked my inbox, spam/junk folder, and other email folders, but nothing has arrived. Has anyone else experienced this issue with a school email account? I looked into the issue, and it turns out that our emails were blocked, which is why you weren’t able to receive the verification codes. We’ve resolved the problem, so please try requesting the codes again.

  • To avoid this happening in the future, please do not unsubscribe from our emails.
