I am currently experiencing an issue with my D5 Render account. I use Google login, but when I attempt to set a password or use the “Forgot Password” feature, I do not receive any verification codes via email. My email address associated with the account is johnadasig@su.edu.ph.
I am writing this post from a different account, as I am unable to log in to the forum using the account I am trying to resolve this issue with.
I would appreciate any assistance or advice on how to resolve this.

Upon checking on our end, it seems that you have unsubscribed to our emails which hindered you from receiving important messages such as receiving verification codes and such. I have reverted it to its default setting and please try to generate or request the code again and I do suggest not to unsubscribe. Thank you.
Thank you for looking into this issue. However, I’ve tried generating or requesting the verification code again, but I’m still not receiving any emails.
I’ve double-checked my spam and trash folders, but there’s still no message. Could you please look into this further and help resolve the issue?
