So after you updated the driver, do all the images you download after using AI Enhancer can open properly now?

I verified the possibility of updating the driver with the Team and we think it’s still a coincidence. We will optimize it in subsequent versions. :saluting_face:

I feel something connected with internet speed or server speed. For the last few days, it has been working fine now the same issue downloaded but not able to open. I don’t think it’s related to the Graphics card, if so lasts 2-3 days it should not work.

Yes, AI Enhancer is cloud-based and may affect access if network conditions are poor. If the download is slow, try switching networks. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. :pray:

finally, I found the solution. I changed the Network configuration in the Router settings from PPPOE to Dynamic.
Now it’s working

I do have the same problem here the enhancement is done like 1 hour ago and it is still
a download

Hi there, sorry for that. You might want to try checking your device’s local time and server time if they are in sync. Otherwise, please try syncing them and see if it solves the problem. Let me know if this helps, thank you~

My problem solved with some server settings, “Network conf to Dynamic” I don’t know the technical sides of that. For me it’s worked
