No shadows on floor

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with D5 Render.
Suddenly, shadows no longer appear on the floor in my scene, even though it always worked correctly before.
Sunlight is enabled, display mode is correct, materials are normal, but there are still no shadows on the ground.

Could you please help me solve this problem?

Just to check, have you enabled Precise mode in D5? Also, could you please share a screenshot of your environment settings (sunlight intensity, sun disk radius, HDRI or sky settings)? Thank you!
