NO ASSETS TO DOWNLOAD TO A SPECIFIC WORKSTATION
Good morning everyone.
In the studio I have 3 workstations and two PRO licenses of D5 RENDER.
They are three computers with 3090 and suitable hardware, ram, processor.
There are no viruses, there are no antiviruses that cause problems, I also stopped network sharing between computers as a test, but for some reason from only one of the three workstations, regardless of the account I log in with, I cannot to download PRO assets, and in general no assets.
I see the thumbnails, but only one out of three computers have the problem.
I also tried reinstalling D5 RENDER without success, and until yesterday everything was fine.
The problem occurred this morning.
Naturally I log in and out with the licenses.
I restarted the computer dozens of times, I reinstalled, I logged in with both licenses, but the assets are displayed but not downloaded, instead everything is fine on the other two workstations.
The problem had already occurred on the same PC a few days ago, but then a restart was enough to solve it, but now I can’t use the software and I have extremely urgent deadlines.
