Hi Team - Please help urgently! A post processing was working fine before I updated to 3.1.0. I do not use VPN. On other Ai platforms I can access and make use. Normally after the render you can jump into post processing. My Ai processing tick box in is on under channels .
I need to use D5 Ai processing urgently.

The problem may be related to the original image’s location, as we did not receive similar reports when version 3.1 was released. Additionally, there were no AI Server issues at the time you reported this problem.
Please let us know if the issue occurs again, including the file location, and whether connecting to a different network resolves the problem.
