Never renewing the pro account again!

I am creating this topic to inform every user here (of course, do not care about the support team cause they do not care about us!)

After couple years being a Pro user and enjoying D5 alot, I have decided to not go pro again untill all the issues that users have are solved and an online live chat support is there to help when critical situation happens.

As everyone knows, almost all of us are being on heavy deadlines all the time and mostly need a quick and efficient support in moment, however, D5 team is not responding quickly and also sometimes completly igonre some issues.

For example, I have cereated a topic last week and still did not get a single respond for that.
After creating the topic I have delivered two projects fully without logging in to my account, despite being a pro.

Now I am thinking, why should I pay monthly for something that I not able to use?!!
We did support D5 with our payments, but lately, D5 is not supporting us when we need them the most.

This is my last topic and payment here, untill a responsible team is working with us!
