I currently have an active D5 Pro subscription and I am trying to switch/upgrade it to a D5 Teams subscription (2 seats). However, I can’t seem to find a way to do this from my account dashboard.
I sent a message to the support team several days ago to get some help with this, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply yet.
Has anyone else faced this issue or knows the correct process to make the switch? It would be great if someone from the D5 team could look into this.
