Need D5 Render 2.4.x for Quadro P2000 - newer versions not compatible

I have Nvidia Quadro P2000 5GB. D5 Render 2.5 and newer show “Graphics card not compatible” and close immediately after opening.

I understand my GPU is no longer supported in recent versions. Can someone please share the installer for D5 Render 2.4.1 or 2.4.2?

Google Drive link would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, your Nvidia Quadro P2000 5GB is not included in the list of supported graphics cards for D5 Render, as the software requires NVIDIA Quadro models like RTX A6000, RTX A5500, RTX A5000, RTX A4500, RTX A4000, RTX A3000, RTX A2000

I understand P2000 is not supported in D5 Render 2.5 and newer. 
However, D5 Render 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 worked perfectly with Quadro P2000 5GB before. Could you please share the Google Drive installer link for D5 Render 2.4.1 or 2.4.2?
I will disable auto-updates and use the older version only.

Hi @grigoritzateodor

We haven’t changed our minimum requirements. If D5 Render does not support the P2000 GPU, it is likely that none of its versions will work with this device.

  • I’m also curious about where you obtained this information. Were you able to use version 2.4 with the P2000 GPU before? Since the P2000 does not support ray tracing, it would be quite impossible to run D5 Render with it.

Yes, I used D5 Render 2.4.1 with Quadro P2000 for months before 2.5 launched. Version 2.4.1 runs fine with Path Tracing disabled in Settings.

D5 only made ray tracing mandatory in 2.5+. That’s why P2000 stopped working after the update.

Many users on this forum + Reddit confirmed P2000 worked on 2.4.x:

I need 2.4.1 only to open old client files. I understand performance is limited and I take full responsibility.

Please share the D5 Render 2.4.1 official installer. I will disable auto-updates.
