My library and my login status isn't working

somehow i can’t download materials and models from the library. They just circling around and at one point they just cancel their own download with no notifications or confirmation on me. When i tried to check on the three bar icon on the top-left side of the screen i noticed that my account on the d5 render app (the purple icon app) didn’t even logged in yet though i already log my account in the d5 launcher app (the black icon app). I tried checking all of the online features like the AIs but they seem not working as well.

I didn’t use VPN or a custom proxy setting whatever like that. I just installed D5 and directly use it for my projects.

Please log out of both the D5 Launcher and the D5 Render app, then restart both applications and log in again. There may be a temporary login sync delay on your end, which can cause asset downloads and online features to malfunction.

This will help us determine whether connectivity issues are affecting your ability to download materials or models or to use online AI features.

Please go to D5 Launcher > Help > Collect Log Files > Network
