My custom model library is small in d5 version 2.11

My 3d model library sometimes shrinks, very small, when placed in the scene in version 2.11, when I restart d5 it returns to normal, but after a while it shrinks again. when I use version 2.9 it doesn’t have the above problem at all. if there is a way to fix it, please help me, thanks a lot

  • Can you send us a video recording of the full process and what it looks like on your end?
  • This issue consistently occurs every time you import the model, right?
  • Which specific 2.11 build? Is it 2.11.1.0620? If not, please update it to that version

Please generate a log file, and you may also send us a model from your folder which is experiencing this issue for us to test.

Thanks for sending the requested images.

  • May I know which 3d Modeling software was used for the d5a files? Is it SKP, 3dsMAX, or Rhino?
  • Were they directly imported to D5?

Additionally, may we collect your D5a file and log files?

  • You may send these files to me privately here in the forum
  • As for the log files, the one you have sent is a screenshot of the window not the log file itself, you need to select “Generate Logs”, please refer to this image.

I exported .d5a file from sketchup, exported from D5 sycn tool, then imported into D5 render. I have sent sketchup, d5a. and logs files to you. Thank you
