Most of the manual links doesn't work

Most of the manual links doesn’t work like Render | User Manual . I tested it on many browsers.

What do you mean by this?

• If you click the “#” icon, the URL link will be the chapter link, then you can copy it.
  
  
• If you’re talking about the links that are provided, they’re both functional on my end even in other browsers.
