Models not loading from Sketchup

Hi there
I’m working on a job for a client that is due today. The models I have used in Sketchup are not displaying in D5 Render. I have never had this issue before. I need to get this resolved urgently. Can someone please help me?

Hi there,

May i know the following:

  • What Version of D5 are you currently using?

  • Which Version of Sketchup are you currently using?

  • Are you Importing the SKP file directly to D5 render or are you using the D5 Live Sync for Sketchup?

D5 version 2.8.0.0471
Sketchup 2024.0.553 64-bit
Using live sync

Have you tried running Sketchup and D5 render as admin?

Have you tried reinstalling the D5 Live Sync for Sketchup?

Does the Sketchup Model show when you try to import it manually on D5 Render?

If none of this works, would it be possible to send me the SKP Model to support@d5techs.com and tag me “@Aryan” so i could further investigate.
