Missing models (specifically air conditioning) although the objects have them. I didn’t delete anything in the folder, I saved the project, on the trail. The day they just disappeared from the model

What is your modelling software? Please also tell me the version of D5 Render, if you use D5 sync plugin and its version.
Please click one of the air conditioning models in the Scene list and show me the basic information of it.
Besides, have you ever changed the location of your model in your modelling software? or have you changed the save path of any D5 file?

This is a model from the D5 render library. I’m working on Archicad24, but I don’t think it’s a problem. The model disappears in principle after closing the opening of the file, although it is listed. Sorry for the poor translation if something is not clear to you. sorry for my late reply. Do such incidents still occur? It is recommended to first click on “Sync Coordinates” after importing a model file into D5. Then modifying or updating the model file won’t result in misalignment. It’s possible that the previous problem was caused by a change in the location of your model file. Please inform me if the problem continues.
