Hi, I bought a Meta Quest 3S willing to explore some VR functions - however when I try to connect it to D5 it’s not recognize it? Is anyone had success with 3S (I know that Meta Quest 3 works - seen video on Youtube)

Have you tried following the instructions in our User Manual?

So the summary:
I was not able to connect Meta Quest 3S to D5, despite the instructions, I just this headset is not compatible. I even tried downloading a Steam VR (instead of AirLink) - no success.

Hello! I got the Meta Quest 3S to show my architecture projects in VR, but I haven’t had much luck with D5.

When I manage to connect the headset, it doesn’t function as expected. I’ve already tried changing my computer (thinking it could be a graphics issue) and also tested different USB cables. I just ordered an official Meta Quest USB-C cable to see if that might solve the problem.

Has anyone here faced something similar? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I followed the instructions and haven’t had any luck. I’ll wait for the original cable to see if that’s part of the problem.
