Hello. I started working with the free version of D5 render 2 days ago. The file was fine. Today, appears the message “D5 PRO ONLY” above the assets already placed in the work, specifically on some models. I have already logged into D5 Render with my account and the problem persists.
Is this problem also frequent in the pro version? Is the pro version equally unreliable?
What can I do to resolve the issue?
Hello Asa007, the problem you met is due to assets library upgrade process last week, during those days, some Pro assets appeared as free ones so you can use them with no problem.
Today the upgrade process is finished and those assets return to Pro-only status.
